It needs to be stretched in both directions and away from the body with the hand on the head and towards body with the hand at the base of the penis. It needs to be held for ten seconds and repeated again. It needs to be repeated for at least minutes.
For better penile health, make sure that you get enough sleep and your stress level stays under control. Do exercise regularly and take a proper diet which includes fruits and vegetables. Reduce your intake of fat and drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
